Welcome to Heritage House! Our home was created as a family get-a-way.

Heritage House is one of the original Seabrook homes. It has large rooms and easily accommodates many guests. It is centrally located, very close to the indoor swimming pool, near the town center, yet away from the noise and highly trafficked areas.

We love our outdoor spaces:

- Large, private hot tub

- Large back deck with westerly exposure making it a warm space when the weather is sunny

- Front porch facing east where we enjoy our morning coffee when the sun is coming up

- Fenced in back yard – perfect for our dog friends

- Fire pit for marshmallow roasting, conversation and fun when the coals are glowing

We enjoy our comfortable, non-crowded sleeping areas:

2nd floor - Main house

- King bed - Master suite with ensuite large bathroom and walk-in closet (perfect for a pack-n-play for your littlest one)

- Queen bed – ‘Whale Room’

- Queen bed – Front bedroom

- Shared full bathroom

3rd floor – Main house

- 4 twin beds – each in its own separate area

- 2 pullout sofa twin beds–best for the youngest children

- Doubles as a play area for kids with toys and a stand-alone TV

Carriage House

- King bed – small kitchen area for morning coffee or quick microwave snacks, small bathroom with shower.

We’ve worked hard to make sure our home meets the needs of your family:

- Electric car charger in the garage

- Infant/ children conveniences: 2 pack-n-plays, 2 booster seats, books and toys

- Fully equipped kitchen: Kitchen Aid mixer, crock pot, Kuerig coffee maker, blender, rolling pin, small mixer, cookie sheets, spices

- Large dining area and plenty of dishes, silverware

- Whole house wifi with mesh network

- Gas fireplace

- Fully stocked laundry room

- Dog-friendly

- Outdoor shower

- Beach towels
